This album is a result of several years of hard work and I am extremely grateful to have these wonderful musicians join me on this journey. I offer my deepest gratitude to Connor Chee, Jonathan Adams, and Holly Bhattacharya for bringing these stories to life on this album.

This is my first foray into writing lyrics. For Nikâwiy means “my mother” and is a song written for my birth mother. This is a song of forgiveness and hope while placing the responsibility back on the crown for the 60’s scoop. Mountain Strong evokes the high prairie where I grew up - the essence of the foothills at dusk.
